OMCTFOA hosted its 67th Annual Fall Conference at the Stride Center in Enid, Oklahoma this year. The theme for 2024 was “Flying into the Future” which was chosen because Enid is home to Vance Air Force Base.

Our keynote speaker was Will Bowen who has been seen on 60 Minutes, The Today Show, Oprah Winfrey Show and featured in numerous magazines and newspapers all over the United States. Mr. Bowen focused on how to enjoy a complaint free workplace by challenging attendees to think outside of the box when it comes to negative behaviors.
